Yes, moodylenses colored contacts are safe for daily wear when used according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Each lens has an approved wear duration (for example, 1-day disposable, monthly, or up to 6 months). Always follow the prescribed schedule, keep lenses clean, and do not sleep in daily-wear lenses.

Do I need a prescription for colored contacts?

In most regions contact lenses are regulated as medical devices and a valid prescription from an eye-care professional is recommended even for plano (zero-power) colored lenses. Please check your local regulations and consult an optometrist before purchase.

How do I choose the best color for my eyes?

If you have light eyes, most colors will show up naturally. For dark eyes, choose high-opacity tints (for example our opaque Honey, Moonstone, or Matcha Green series) for a visible color change. See each product page for sample images on brown and light eyes.

Does moodylenses provide lenses for astigmatism?

Currently moodylenses does not offer toric (astigmatism) colored lenses. We are evaluating this category and will announce any updates on our product pages and newsletter.

Do moodylenses lenses come in prescription options?

Yes. Most colored contact lens series are available in prescription powers ranging from 0.00 to -8.00 in standard steps. The available power range for each SKU is shown on the product page.

Why does the actual look differ from website photos?

Photos are taken under studio lighting on a range of natural eye colors. Actual appearance varies depending on your natural iris color, lighting conditions, camera, and the opacity of the chosen lens. We photograph each color on both brown and light eyes to help you preview the effect.

How do I order if my two eyes have different prescriptions?

Each prescription product page allows you to select a different power for the left and right eye. Choose the required power for each eye before adding the item to your cart.

Does moodylenses provide farsighted lenses?

moodylenses currently focuses on nearsighted (myopia, minus-power) prescriptions and plano lenses. Farsighted (plus-power) options are not yet available.

When do the lenses expire?

Unopened lens vials are typically valid for 3-5 years from the manufacturing date. Once opened, follow the wear cycle printed on the product: 1-day, 1-month, or 6-month. The exact expiration date is printed on each vial.

How can I change my order information (address, name, phone number)?

Please contact customer support at support@moodylenses.com as soon as possible with your order number and the updated information. Changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation after 30 minutes, contact support@moodylenses.com with your order details and we will resend the confirmation.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Please email support@moodylenses.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our standard return policy.

What if the items I received do not match my order?

Please email support@moodylenses.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order ships, a tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also view tracking status at any time in the Order Tracking page on our website.

Why hasn't my tracking status updated?

Tracking updates can take 3-5 business days to appear after shipment, especially during international transit. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact support@moodylenses.com for assistance.
